Gilomen Innovations has spent countless hours developing and testing our 2013-2018 Polaris 900 Ranger and 900 Ranger Crew G4 ECU Flash tunes and clutch kits. We are known world wide for our Ranger ECU tunes and clutch setups because they flat out perform! We have unlocked all the limiters in the ECU to achieve MASSIVE horsepower gains throughout the RPM curve. The clutch kit offered is designed specially for the G4 ECU tune to let the engine run at the RPM where it makes peak HP and get rid of the horrible jerky take off that the factory clutch setup has. Many people do not realize that the Polaris ranger models are extremely detuned from the factory. The factory ECU is tuned to only allow 40% of the available power when the throttle pedal is pressed 100%. With our G4 tune you get 100% of the available power when 100% throttle pedal is applied. There are many areas in the ECU maps that I change to get rid of the EPA friendly boggy lean condition at part throttle cruising. This allows your motor to run cooler, last longer and be way more responsive. The G4 reflash version is the most aggressive and only trail reflash currently offered by Gilomen Innovations. It will perform great on 87 octane gas and even better on 91 octane gas. All engine protections have been left intact. This tune greatly increases your Rangers ability to do work, farming tasks, and take you to your hunting location because of the better low speed drivability and way more power on tap for when you get into sticky situations and need power to get you thru. The cooling fan temp is lowered from 205 degrees down to 190 to keep your engine running cooler and lasting longer. Rev limiters are raised, speed limiters eliminated. Seat belt limiter disabled. Max power is at 7500-7800 RPM after this tune. Unlike other companies our G4 tune keeps your Turf mode fully operational. Top speeds can exceed 70MPH. UPDATE 3/12/2018 Many Polaris models with stock ECU programming suffer from false misfire codes ( 65590, 65591, 65592 ) due to drive belt issues, excessive tire spin, constant high speed driving, or for no apparent reason at all. Polaris screwed up on the stock programming and made these codes way too sensitive. Our newest version tunes 3/12/2018 and later will eliminates the false check engine codes 65590, 65591, 65592!!
